Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be done in person at our boutique:

Exchanges are only applicable for size or color variations of the same design.
When requesting an exchange, please specify the new size or color desired.
If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, we will issue store credit, which can be used to place a new order.
Processing & Store Credit
All exchanges and returns will be processed within 3 working days.
All refunds are issued as store credit only.
Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can only be used in-store.
Important Notes
Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Altered abayas are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to decline any exchange or refund if the above conditions are not met.
